I saw significant improvements in many areas of my life. One being, my goals. I didn't really have a clear total clear picture of what my goals were. I was able to better identify those and the things that were getting in the way of that clear picture. One of my main weaknesses was with procrastination and being more aware of what types of things I do on a daily basis so I could correct that.

 Another area of improvements in my relationship with my wife. There were some exercises in the program that are was designed to challenge me a little bit, but not challenge me to a point that it was too much for myself. And Anish was really good about dialing in for me as an individual where I could go to expand myself. And one of those things was going outside into adventure, into the unknown.

And I noticed how that when I started doing that, how it improved things with my wife. She wanted to go on that adventure with me. And and now we're going on more trips. I used to be even really scared to even fly planes to go anywhere. He's helped me overcome that fear as well.
